Is it possible to create architecture on a city periphery, and yet prevent it from becoming marginal? If the periphery of a city is a real line in space, defined by what is ahead and by what is behind, is it possible for the ahead to jump over the real line in space because the quality of that behind is recognized?

If architecture is created on the periphery of a city, will the community recognize it and allow it to improve the quality of this particular community with its architectonics? Or, is there a possibility that the community will reject it because it is so obviously different, without examining its architectonics, and make it even more marginal than the margin (periphery) where it was created?
